What do I bring as a new patient?

We invite new patients' parental guardians to complete their child's registration before their appointment using our secure online Registration Forms. After filling out the forms, click the Submit button, and your health information will be securely sent directly to us. We can't wait to meet you & your child!

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and CareCredit.

What is your appointment cancellation policy?

We kindly ask that patients provide at least 48 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another patient in need of care. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain efficient scheduling for all our patients.

What are your office hours?

Our offices are open Monday – Thursday from 8am to 5pm, and Fridays from 8am to 12pm.

What do I do if I have a dental emergency?

If your child experiences a dental emergency, please contact Favorite Smile Pediatric Dentistry immediately. We prioritize emergency cases and will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible. Whether it’s a tooth injury, severe pain, or swelling, our team is here to provide prompt care. For after-hours emergencies, follow the instructions on our voicemail for assistance. Your child’s dental health and comfort are our top priorities.
