I enjoy bringing my children to this pediatric dentistry. Everyone is fairly kind and listens to my concerns. I just wish they took patients past the age of 16 years old. I hate to have to find a new dentist for my then teenagers when we get to that point:(

Dr Alarcon and her staff epitomize what healthcare should be. They are competent, considerate, and they care. From my first contact with the office a few months ago , through the completion of a procedure on our 4 year old grandson, under general anesthesia at Sinai hospital yesterday, our experience with Dr Alarcon has been wonderful. Dr Alarcon herself is very professional, while being gracious ,compassionate and attentive to the needs of her young patients. Her office assistant Chantel was in constant communication with us in the weeks leading up to the procedure both by text and by phone, addressing my concerns with patience and kindness. The experience at Sinai Hospital’s children’s center was refreshingly efficient and extremely sensitive to our grandson’s fears and apprehension. From the receptionist in the center, to the nurses, to the anesthesiologist, each person went above and beyond to assure our grandson’s comfort. I could go on about Dr Alarcon and this whole experience, but suffice it to say that this grandfather, from another age, has had some of his faith in present day healthcare restored. My 2 girls love all of the hygienists as well as the dentist at this office. My 3yr old tells everyone about it for weeks. Everyone is nice and very hands on with the littles where they are comfortable. Would recommend to anyone with children!

We’ve been using Favorite Smile and Dr. Alarcon for a couple of years now. We could not be happier with the practice and staff. Everyone is so friendly, patient and kind.
